Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Standard check in time is 11:00 AM (noon) and standard check out time is 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will attract additional charges as applicable at the time.
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by the checkout time to avoid extra charges, unless prior arrangements have been confirmed with the front desk.
All guests are required to present valid, original government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in, as mandated under Indian law.
The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if valid identification is not provided, or if the identification provided appears to be fraudulent or does not match the guest.
The primary guest checking in must be at least 18 years of age and must present valid identification confirming the same. Guests below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The management reserves the right to refuse check in, refuse service, or remove any guest from the premises without refund, in cases of guest misconduct, submission of false information, or where the safety and security of other guests, staff, or the property is at risk.
The hotel will take reasonable care of guest belongings; however guests are advised to use the in room safe or the hotel's safety deposit facility for cash, jewellery, and other valuables.
The hotel's liability for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings left unattended in rooms or elsewhere on the premises is limited, and the hotel shall not be held responsible for items not deposited with the hotel for safekeeping.
Any loss or theft must be reported to the front desk and hotel security immediately upon discovery, so that appropriate action can be taken.
The hotel is not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or where the loss results from the guest's own negligence.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel rooms, furniture, fixtures, fittings, or any other hotel property during the tenure of their stay, whether caused by the guest or by any visitor accompanying or hosted by the guest. The cost of repair or replacement, as assessed by the hotel, will be charged to the guest.
All guest rooms are strictly non smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas on the property.
Service and consumption of alcohol is permitted only for guests who meet the legal drinking age as prescribed under applicable law.
Consumption of outside alcohol and any use or possession of illegal drugs or substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Outside food and beverage is not permitted to be brought into or consumed on hotel premises.
Non vegetarian food is strictly not permitted on the premises. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be liable to pay compensation of INR 10,000.
Use of the swimming pool is at the guest's own risk. The hotel recommends guests with medical conditions consult a physician before use, and shall not be liable for any injury arising from use of the facility except where caused by the hotel's own negligence.
Hotel Sea N Rock is unfortunately not a pet friendly property. Guests wishing to bring a pet are requested to speak to the front desk in advance to check if an exception can be accommodated.
For the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, the premises are under CCTV surveillance. By entering the property, guests acknowledge and consent to being recorded for security purposes.
Photography and filming for commercial purposes is not permitted anywhere on the property without prior written authorization from the hotel management.
Guests wishing to conduct a commercial shoot must obtain permission from the management before commencing the shoot.
The management reserves the right to use images and footage of guests captured on the premises for the promotional purposes of the brand, unless a guest has specifically opted out in writing.
Any minor accompanying a guest who is not the guest's own child requires written consent from the minor's parent or legal guardian prior to check in or entry to the premises.
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, and design elements, is the property of Hotel Sea N Rock unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue of arbitration in Thane, Maharashtra. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
